Tara is a So Cal (Southern California) girl...born and raised. She grew up with 3 brothers and sisters in her family. She graduated from High School in Anaheim and went on to go to college at Concordia University, Irvine. Although she debated different career paths, she knew she wanted to impact teens and so decided to go into youth ministry. This is where she met, Peter, her husband who was in the same program with her at school. After graduating in '96 with a Bachelors Degree in Religious Studies, she did her internship in Milpitas, CA. Peter and Tara married in '97 and now have three beautiful children. Since then, she has earned her Masters degree from Concordia University, Seward in Family Life Ministry. Tara has served as a Jr. and Sr. High Youth Minister. Tara loves to spend time with her family, and with her girlfriends. Having a good cup of coffee always makes life just a bit better. She loves to travel and would love to see so much more of the world one day.
