Grief Support Group

Grief Share is a Christian support group for individuals going through grief and is open to the community. The leaders of Grief Share have themselves experienced loss, and they desire to help others navigate the stages of grief.

The Grief Share group meets in the church library at the Copperfield ministry location.

Meetings are offered regularly throughout the year at 10 a.m. and at 6:30 p.m. Weekly sessions include refreshments and fellowship, followed by a DVD, discussion and prayer. A $15 registration fee to cover the cost of the workbook for each participant. For more information, call the church office at (281) 855-2950, or visit the Grief Share website.

Membership

If you choose to make The Family your church home, this new status is referred to as membership. Church members, like stockholders, become part of the ownership-group of the church, its properties and its ministries. Members have the right to vote at Congregational Forums, to serve as church officers and to support the ministry with their time and talents.

For adults pursuing membership, the Senior Pastor will talk with you and create a plan to fit your circumstances. Six instructional videos are also available for those interested in membership or just curious.
